Information collected

SongkranFun does not require an account and does not collect your name, contacts, precise location, photos, microphone input, advertising ID, payment information, or gameplay profile on a developer server.

When the app is configured to send its startup configuration request, the request is sent to the SongkranFun configuration endpoint. The endpoint can see the network source IP address, request time, requested JSON path, and standard connection metadata. SongkranFun does not read or parse the response and does not use it to load a remote game.

Local storage and gameplay progress

SongkranFun stores gameplay progress and sound preference locally in the Android WebView storage on your device. This local save is not cloud-synced. Uninstalling the app or clearing its app data removes the local save.

How information is used

The startup request is used to provide the app configuration service with a minimal launch signal and the network source IP that the service can observe. Local storage is used to resume your puzzle progress and preferences. The game does not use the startup response to change the local game.

Sharing and third-party services

The startup request is handled by the configuration service operated for the app. SongkranFun includes Phaser and Capacitor for local game rendering and Android hosting. It does not include advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, social-login, payment, or Adjust SDKs.

Network and security

The configuration request uses HTTPS, omits credentials, disables cache reuse, rejects redirects, and does not block local gameplay when the network is unavailable. No security method can guarantee absolute protection of information in transit or storage.

Data retention and deletion

Local gameplay data remains on the device until you clear app data or uninstall the app. The configuration service may retain request logs according to its operational and legal requirements; the exact service retention period is not confirmed by this app. For a request about service-side data associated with an IP address, contact the support email above.

Children’s privacy

SongkranFun is a general-audience free puzzle. It does not knowingly request personal information from children. Parents or guardians who have a privacy concern can contact the support email.

User choices and rights

You can play without creating an account. You can disable network access at the device level, but the game remains locally playable. You can remove local gameplay data by clearing app data or uninstalling the app. Contact the support email for questions or requests about the configuration service.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when SongkranFun’s data practices change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
